BOOKING INFORMATION
Please confirm your reservation in writing. The reservation is considered binding once you have received a written booking confirmation from us. Deposit: Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of €400.00 or – for stays of less than 4 nights – €200.00. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit remains with the company, depending on the cancellation conditions. Cancellation policy If something comes up... General cancellation conditions: If you cancel up to 2 months in advance, there are no fees. If canceled from 2 months to 1 month before arrival, we charge 30% of the booked stay. If canceled 30 to 14 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the booked stay. If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival, we will charge 80% of the booked stay. In the event of early departure or late arrival, we charge 100% of the booked stay. We also have the option to cancel in the event of price errors or overbooking! Travel cancellation insurance: If you start your booked stay late or not at all or cancel it early, you have no right to withdraw within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code (GvD 206/2005) and cancellation fees will be charged according to EU standards. In such cases, we recommend that you take out this cancellation insurance.
HOLIDAY INFORMATION
Check in: The room is ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 7 p.m., please send us a short telephone message. Check out: We ask that you leave the room by 10 a.m. We need this short period of time to prepare the holiday home cleanly and lovingly for the next guests. Pets on request. Violations of the smoking ban will result in a charge of €500.
