​In our traditional house with a modern flair, we would like to maintain hospitality like in the “good old days” in a homely atmosphere. We attach great importance to the best quality and fresh ingredients. Prepared with a lot of love and care by our kitchen team under the direction of Daniel Hell, every dish becomes a culinary experience and something very special. Homemade 'Schupfnudeln' with tender deer ragout, veal knuckle with sauerkraut according to Grandma's recipe (on advance order), traditional 'Schlutzkrapfen' from typical South Tyrolean cuisine or the famous 'Bintamix' with spicy, grilled vegetables and meat, beautifully arranged on a large platter? 'Di Hitte', located directly at the 'Guggenberg' ski lift in Taisten, is not only a meeting point for skiers, but also a lively party oasis. Here it's all about fun, partying and having fun, with rousing music and a wide selection of drinks, beer, grappa and much more. Especially on Friday evening, night skiing becomes an unforgettable event, accompanied by an exuberant après-ski atmosphere and happy get-togethers.

The café/bar/ice cream parlor, which opened in 1993 and has its own ice cream production, confectionery, cold and warm snacks, free internet access, a covered sun terrace and its own children's playground, offers just the right thing for everyone to sit back and enjoy.
